At the foundation of the ReXLytics platform is the Telemetry AI Client Agent—a lightweight Windows 10/11 application deployed via Intune, SCCM, or group policy. The agent runs silently in the background, consuming minimal CPU and memory, and collects real-time telemetry across six data domains:

This telemetry is processed both on-device (for ReXGuardianCA’s Edge-AI) and in the cloud (for platform dashboards), giving every product the data it needs without requiring separate agents or integrations.

The Telemetry AI Client Agent collects data locally. For ReXGuardianCA, Edge-AI models (ONNX, Phi Silica) run inference directly on the endpoint—detecting drift, diagnosing issues, and self-healing in under 5 seconds. No sensitive data leaves the device.
Cloud Aggregation Layer
Anonymized, structured telemetry streams to Azure-hosted processing. Data is correlated across endpoints, enriched with Active Directory context (department, title, location), and stored in a multi-tenant data warehouse with encryption at rest and in transit.
Dashboard & Integration Layer
Nine product dashboards surface tailored insights for each role. APIs and webhooks connect to ServiceNow, Splunk, HRIS systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday), and collaboration tools (Teams, Slack)—extending the platform into your existing enterprise stack.
